ファイルが占めるセクタ範囲を「開始セクタ + 連続数」で表す。

【2026-07-26 設計変更】従来はセクタ番号を 1 個ずつ列挙する方式（直接ポインタ 44 本 ≈ 22KB、多段間接を足しても 8.3MB）だったため、ファイルサイズに厳しい上限があった。NTFS の “runs” / exFAT と同じ エクステント方式へ変更する。連続領域なら 1 エントリで最大 2^64 セクタを表現できるため、ポインタ列挙のような容量上限が消える。
